摘要

由于喷雾机喷杆在喷洒作业时易受到路况、行驶状态与天气等影响,导致作业效率低、农药浪费严重等问题,造成生态环境的破坏。较小的干扰激励会使植保机喷杆产生剧烈的振动,导致喷杆对农植物喷施高度过高或过低,造成欠喷或过喷的结果,可能出现刮碰农植物甚至发生喷杆末端触地折断的现象,严重影响喷雾机喷雾效果与作业效率。因此,研究喷雾机喷杆平衡的控制具有重要意义。

Self-balance design of spray Rod Spraye

Abstract

Because the spraying pole of sprayer is easily influenced by road condition, driving state and weather, it leads to low efficiency and serious waste of pesticide, and destroys ecological environment. Small Disturbance excitation will make the boom of the plant protection machine produce violent vibration, which will result in the boom spraying too high or too low to the agricultural plants, resulting in the result of insufficient or too much spraying, it is possible to scratch agricultural plants or even break the end of the spray Rod, which will seriously affect the spray effect and the working efficiency of the sprayer. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the control of spray rod balance of sprayer.
