从日本饮食风俗来看日本的禁忌及礼仪

摘要

日本是我国的邻国,也是一个岛国,虽然国家并不具有悠久的历史,占地面积也不大,但是却有着值得发扬的美食文化。日本的美食文化受到了各国的欢迎。在传统的日本美食文化中,人们仅仅追求饱食,很少有人单纯的去追求美味。而现如今,日本科学技术已经变得越来越发达。而信息技术的发展也使得一年四季变得越来越不分明, 然而日本人们却能够运用季节变化来将事物进行细致的划分。也正是因为人们能够巧妙的运用四季变化而带来的不同美味,所以才研制除了多种多样的美味。-般情况下在西方人的世界观中,日本食品仅仅是一些牛肉、 火锅、古怪的寿司等,这些都是西方人眼中的日本美食。

本文介绍了日本饮食文化的种类和未来的发展,以及国内外其的研究。而一个地区的饮食代表着这个地区的文化,因此我们可以从从日本饮食风俗来看日本的禁忌和礼仪。

Japanese taboos and etiquette from the perspective of Japanese food customs

ABSTRACT

Japan is not only a neighboring country of our country, but also an island country. Although the country does not have a long history and covers a small area, it has a food culture worth developing. Japanese food culture has been welcomed by all countries. In the traditional Japanese food culture, people only pursue satiety, few people simply pursue delicacy. Now, science and technology in Japan has become more and more developed. The development of information technology also makes the four seasons of the year more and more ambiguous. However, Japanese people can use seasonal changes to divide things in detail. It is precisely because people can skillfully use the different delicacies brought about by the changes of the four seasons that we develop a variety of delicacies. -Generally speaking, in the western world view, Japanese food is just some beef, hot pot, weird sushi, etc., which are all Japanese food in the western eyes.

This paper introduces the types and future development of Japanese food culture, as well as its research at home and abroad. And the diet of a region represents the culture of this region, so we can see the taboos and rituals of Japan from the Japanese diet customs.
