摘要:

硒是人体所必须的营养元素,在治疗疾病、提高免疫力、防止衰老等方面具有重要意义,谷物饼干较普通饼干而言含有更多的蛋白质、膳食纤维及维生素等营养元素。富硒谷物饼干将必需元素硒加入到谷物饼干的制作中,使之不仅有谷物饼干优势,还具有硒的功能,是营养丰富、具有发展前景的功能性休闲食品。本文介绍了富硒谷物饼干的特点及生产工艺,同时对该食品商业化现状及未来发展进行分析和展望。

Abstract:

Selenium is a necessary nutrient element for human beings. It plays an important role in treating diseases, improving immunity and preventing aging, etc. Compared with traditional biscuits, grain biscuits contain more proteins, dietary fibers, vitamins and other nutritional elements. Selenium-rich grain crackers introduce necessary element selenium into the producing process of the grain crackers, making them not only possess the advantages of grain cookies, but also have the functions of selenium. This makes them as functional leisure food with rich nutrition as well as development prospect. This paper will introduce the characteristics and production technology of selenium-rich grain crackers, and analyze and prospect the commercial status and future of this food.
