摘要：2017 年 2 月 5 日，“田园综合体”作为乡村新型产业发展的亮点措施被写进中央一号文件。田园综合体是农业生产及社会经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物，是农业发展的突破口，能有效缓解城市功能压力，改善农村自然、居住环境，成为文化创意的承载地。田园综合体是集现代农业、休闲旅游、田园社区为一体的乡村综合发展模式，目的是通过旅游助力农业发展、促进三产融合的一种可持续性模式。建设田园综合体对于培育农业农村发展新动能、加快城乡一体化步伐、推动农业农村实现历史性变革具有深刻的历史意义和重要的现实意义，它提供了一个机制创新和融合发展的新平台、新载体、新模式。分析了国内外优秀案例，田园综合体发展现状和田园综合体的特征及设计原则等。

Abstract: In February 5, 2017, the 'rural complex' as a highlight of the development of new rural industries was written into the Central Document No. 1. Rural complex is the inevitable product of agricultural production and social and economic development to a certain stage. It is the breakthrough of agricultural development. It can effectively relieve the pressure of urban function, improve the rural natural and living environment, and become the carrier of cultural creativity. Rural complex is a rural comprehensive development model integrating modern agriculture, leisure tourism and rural community. Its purpose is to promote agricultural development and integration of three industries through tourism. The construction of rural complex has profound historical significance and important practical significance for cultivating new momentum of agricultural and rural development, accelerating the pace of urban-rural integration, and promoting the realization of historical changes in agricultural and rural areas. It provides a new platform, new carrier, and new mode for mechanism innovation and integrated development. This paper analyzes the excellent cases at home and abroad, the development status of rural complex, the characteristics and design principles of rural complex.
