一种饲料粉碎机的总体设计

摘 要

饲料加工技术关系到种植业、畜牧业和农副产品加工业的发展,对我国农业经济的发展具有重意义。饲料的粉碎加工是饲料加工过程中的关键工序,粉碎机作为饲料加工的核心设备,其性能的好坏不仅直接关系到饲料加工的成本,而且严重影响饲料加工的质量和产量。我国每年粉碎加工总量达2亿多吨。饲料粉碎机作为饲料工业的主要装备,对饲料质量、饲料报酬、饲料加工成本的形成是一个重要因素。所以,恰当地掌握粉碎技术、选用适当的粉碎机型是饲料生产不可忽视的问题。

ABSTRACT

Feed processing technology related to the cultivation, animal husbandry and agricultural and sideline products processing industry development, the development of Chinas agricultural economy has great significance. The crushing of feed is the key process in the process of feed processing. The crusher is the core equipment for feed processing. Its performance is not only directly related to the cost of feed processing, but also seriously affects the quality and yield of feed processing. Chinas annual smashing processing amounted to more than 200 million tons. Feed mill as the main equipment of the feed industry, the feed quality, feed compensation, feed processing costs is an important factor in the formation. Therefore, the proper grasp of crushing technology, the choice of appropriate crushing model is the feed production cannot be ignored.

  1. 课题研究目的和意义

粉碎是饲料加工生产过程中七大工序(原料接收、清理、粉碎、配料、混合、制粒成型、计量包装)的重要工序之一,粉碎效果的好坏对饲料产品的适口性、饲喂效果及后续工序的加工品质有着重要影响[1]。一般饲料中需粉碎的原料占配方比例的50%~80%,粉碎加工环节的电耗占整个工艺的30%~70%,其加工成本对整个饲料生产成本有着举足轻重的作用。因此对粉碎机结构、粉碎效率、粉碎力度大小及均匀性、易损部件的耐磨性、粉碎机自动控制等方面的研究,对配合饲料加工生产和产品优化有着重要意义。
