摘要:本文研究了座椅设计的思路和方法，以及加工工艺和设备的选择。文章认为，椅子的设计应应用人体工程学，人体工程学设计中使用的椅子是典型的首先满足人们需要的物理层次（舒适度），以满足人们心理需求（亲和力）的设计思想和方法。另外，椅子设计要体现我国的设计文化，从传统中汲取灵感。椅子的绿色设计是当前绿色设计思想的体现。该设计方法充分考虑了座椅原材料的特点和座椅部件的拆卸。现代批量生产的优质实木椅，大量采用高科技，本文从原材料的选择、配料、零件加工、装配和精加工等方面进行了论述，重点介绍了一些专用设备和工艺。椅子的生产工艺在家具工艺上更为复杂和困难。本文对椅子材料进行了分类，着重分析了实木椅的生产工艺、主要工序要点和设备的使用。

Abstract:In this paper, the idea and method of chair design and the selection of processing technology and equipment are studied. The article holds that chair design should apply ergonomics, and that applying ergonomics to chair design is a typical design idea and method that first meets people#39;s physical level needs (comfort), and then meets people#39;s psychological level needs (affinity). In addition, chair design should embody the design culture of our country and draw inspiration from tradition. The green design of chair is the embodiment of the current green design thinking. This design method fully considers the characteristics of chair raw materials and the disassembly of chair parts. Modern mass production of high-quality solid wood chairs, a large number of high-tech, this article from the selection of raw materials, ingredients, parts processing, assembly and finishing, etc. are discussed, with emphasis on some special equipment and technology. The production technology of chair is more complex and difficult in furniture technology. This paper classifies the materials of chairs, and emphatically analyses the production process, main working points and the use of equipment of solid wood chairs.

1 椅子的造型
椅子[22]是一种广泛使用的家具，从人体工程学角度来分，它是一种坐具，属于人体家具的一大类别，所谓人体家具是家具类别中与人体结合最为密切的一类，比如床、椅、凳、沙发等，他们都直接支撑人体，其尺度造型和制作工艺对于人体舒适感会有较大影响。椅子看似简单，但由于其与人体直接接触，且需要支撑人体保持长时间姿态的功能。从设计上讲，如果座面、靠背和扶手尺寸不符合人体工学，长时间坐于其上会对骨骼、关节、肌肉和血液循环产生不利的影响。轻则手脚短暂麻木，如果长时间使用可能会引起颈椎、肩周等部位的损伤。另一方面，为了保证椅子的稳定性和舒适度，其材料和生产工艺同样具有十分重要的意义。
椅子的造型[27]是椅子的功能、技术条件、艺术内容等各方面的综合体现，是通过椅子各部件的形状、材料、结构、质感、色彩、装饰及加工工艺等因素构成的，并且常常以其独特的形式、格调和艺术情趣反映出人们的习俗爱好、社会文化和时代特征。在人类所有的感觉特性中，视觉占有最重要的相对位置，人们对一把椅子的体验通常也是通过先看再坐来完成的，而椅子的造型是椅子最显著的外在特征，往往形成人们对一把椅子的第一印象，其重要性不言而喻。可以说，在任何一把成功椅子的设计过程中，造型问题无不成为设计师们要考虑的重大课题。椅子的造型既遵循一般造型艺术中具有普遍性意义的法则，同时也具有与自身功能要求，技术特性相适应的特殊性，并表现出极其丰富的多样性。
