电动汽车动力电池组散热特性与流场仿真研究

摘 要

随着生态环境和化石能源问题的日益突出,传统燃油车高污染、高能耗问题成为了不可忽略的重要问题。而电动汽车能够有效解决这些问题,适应新时代社会发展的要求,成为了汽车行业发展的大趋势。

纯电动汽车电池热管理问题特别是电池组的散热问题是一直是纯电动汽车设计与研究中的核心问题,良好的电池散热系统能够有效的提高纯电动汽车的续驶里程、使用寿命、动力性和经济性,保证纯电动汽车的安全性。本文主要使用Ansys Fluent对不同排列方式的动力电池组三维模型进行流场仿真分析,通过结果的比较分析,对散热结构进行适当的改进设计,能够有效提高电动汽车的使用性能。

ABSTRACT

With the increasingly serious ecological and fossil energy issues, the traditional fuel vehicles with high pollution and high energy consumption has become an important issue that can not be ignored. However, EVs can effectively solve these problems and meet the requirements of social development in the new era, thus becoming the general trend of the automobile industry.

Pure electric vehicle battery thermal management problems, especially battery cooling problem has been the core issue of pure EV design and research, a good battery cooling system can effectively improve the driving range of pure electric vehicles, life, power And economy, to ensure the safety of pure electric vehicles. In this paper, Ansys Fluent is mainly used to simulate the flow field of three-dimensional model of power battery packs with different arrangement methods. Through the comparative analysis of the results, the cooling structure is properly designed. This can effectively improve the performance of electric vehicles.
