多功能脉动燃烧发动机试验台及虚拟测试系统设计
摘 要
脉动燃烧发动机是一种按照一定频率产生高温,高速气流且推力周期变化的喷气发动机,它具有高燃烧强度,高燃烧效率,可以自吸和增压等优点,但是测试阶段,各种测试仪器较为笨重、测试高度固定且不易活动,目前测试用试验台架老旧且不符合人机工程学,如何设计出适用于不同类型喷管、不同测量高度和测试内容同时还可以移动的多功能试验台成为一项继续解决的问题。
本课题拟在原有的试验台的基础上,增添设计驱动控制系统,能够使试验台升降移动。在试验台架脚上,安装自由移动的轮子,并且设计能够锁死的装置。这样就能较大程度地改善了试验人员的工作环境,保证试验人员的安全,节约了相当的时间和人力,提高了劳动生产率。在测试方面,利用Labview构建脉动燃烧发动机的运行过程,观察脉动燃烧发动机的运行机理,相比与传统的试验方式,减轻试验人员的工作量,提高工作效率,节约人力,节能环保。

ABSTRACT
Pulsating combustion engine is a high temperature according to a certain frequency, and high speed air jet engine thrust cycle, it has high combustion intensity, high combustion efficiency, can be self absorption and pressure etc., but the testing stage, various test instruments, test of fixed height is relatively bulky and not easy to play, the test bench test old and not conform to ergonomics, this paper based on the original test on improved design of drive control system, can make the lifting test bench. On the foot of the test bench, the free moving wheels are installed and the device that can be locked is designed. And a virtual testing system based on LABVIEW for pulsating combustion and multi physical fields is established, which will make technical preparations for developing more perfect and more comprehensive new test stand.
