含微纳颗粒液滴在光滑表面的润湿特性研究
摘 要
润湿作为日常生活的常见现象,在农业领域发挥着重要作用,增强液滴在靶标表面的润湿性,不仅可以实现农药有效成分的渗透和传递,还可以减少农药的浪费,提高农药的利用率。在溶液中加入微纳颗粒可以提高液滴在光滑表面的润湿性,有利于液滴的铺展,增加农药在靶标表面的附着面积。
为了能够模拟实际情况,本文通过研究与农药溶液主要成分类似的水—氧化铝,水—氧化钛,水—铜溶液,测量在不同浓度的条件下在光滑的载玻片和聚氯乙烯表面上的接触角,研究接触角随这些参数变化规律。

Wetting Characteristics of Micro-nano Particles Containing Drops on Smooth Surface
ABSTRACT
Wetting, a common phenomenon in daily life, plays an important role in agriculture and enhances the wettability of droplets on the target surface. It can not only penetrate and transfer the active ingredients of pesticides, but also reduce the waste of pesticides and improve the utilization of pesticides rate. The addition of micro-nano particles in the solution can improve the wettability of the droplets on the smooth surface, which is favorable for spreading of the droplets and increases the attachment area of the pesticide on the target surface.
In order to be able to simulate the actual situation, this article studys the main components of the pesticide solution similar to water - alumina, water - titania, water - copper solution, measured under different concentrations of the conditions on a smooth glass slide and polyvinyl chloride surface Contact angle, contact angle changes with these parameters.
