果园用喷雾喷粉机设计
摘 要
在果园的种植当中，果农一味的追求产量，减少株间行距，造成果园密封，所以果园病虫害的防治成了主要问题。喷洒杀虫剂、杀菌剂等农药是快速、有效的办法，但由于株间行距较小，特别当果实要成熟之时，植株繁盛，大的果园植保机械很难进入。
本文在原有的果园用喷雾喷粉机的基础上，在离心风机和机架之间增加减震装置，它可以有效的降低发动机和离心风机引起的背架振动，使操作者不易产生疲劳，药液箱不容易被损坏。

Design of spray powder machine for orchard
ABSTRACT
In the planting of the orchard, the fruit farmers are always chasing the yield, reducing the distance between the plants, causing the orchard seal, so the prevention and control of pests and diseases become the main problem. Spraying insecticides, fungicides and other pesticides is a fast and effective method, but due to the small distance, especially when the fruit is ripe, the plants are flourishing and the large agricultural machinery is difficult to enter.Spraying pesticide in our country uses large shower and large area spraying, not only waste pesticide, but also pollute the environment.
Based on the original orchards with spray powder machine, on the basis of the centrifugal fan and frame between increase shock absorbing device, it can effectively reduce the engine and the back frame vibration caused by centrifugal fan, make the operator not easily get tired, liquid medicine box is not easy to be damaged.
