自走式开沟机工作装置设计

摘要

提高果园覆盖率,改善生态环境,提高工程效率,只有机械化才能最大限度的提高生产力。随着我国当前劳动力成本的增加,在农作物种植、市政工程中铺设管道或电缆以及军事工程中还采用人工或者挖掘机等非专业机械,不仅成本高,而且耗时长,因此对于专业的开沟机械的需求较为迫切。所以本文针对自走式开沟机,研究链式开沟机的工作装置,以满足现代园林与工程上的机械设备要求。其工作效率高,适应性强,沟型整齐,成本低;同时在许多环境较为恶劣的地区或者人员不易通行的密植低矮果园开沟机都有较大发挥空间。本文通过对于链式开沟机工作装置的设计,解决开沟机在不同土质情况下开沟不均匀,作业过程中功耗高,油耗大,不经济环保等问题;提高开沟机工作效率和适用性。

Abstract

Design of the working device of a self walking ditching machine

To improve the orchard coverage, improve the ecological environment and improve the efficiency of the project, only mechanization can improve the productivity to the maximum. With the increase of China#39;s current labor cost, artificial or other non professional mechanical excavator is used in crop planting, municipal engineering pipelines or cables and military engineering, not only the high cost and time-consuming, so for the ditching machine professional needs more urgent. Therefore, this paper studies the working device of the chain type ditching machine to meet the requirements of modern garden and engineering. Its efficiency is high, adaptability is strong, ditch type is neat, and cost is low. At the same time, in many bad environment areas or people who are not easy to access, there are more space for the low density orchard ditching machine. Through the design of the working device of chain ditching machine, this paper solves the problems of ditching machine under different soil conditions, such as uneven ditching, high power consumption, large fuel consumption, environmental protection and other problems in the operation process, and improves the efficiency and applicability of ditching machine.
