要学会在各种因素的制约协调下面面俱到，抽丝剥茧得到一个兼顾统筹的最优方案。
当然，除此之外，我觉还有一个更重要的标准：是否用心。
和任何行业一样，我相信最出色的领跑者一定是最呕心沥血，勤奋坚持的人。
关键词：创造力 硬技术 高指标 动态 兼顾未来Abstract: As far as Im concerned who is a senior of Transportation Engineering and about to start on the way of becoming a real engineer, making a prefect design is not only requiring abundant specialty basic knowledge, but also the more extensive Omni-directional consideration, the discrete thinking, the courage of creation and the brave to challenge the old-fashions. We need to learn how to cook a dish satisfying all the guests and how to pick up the Ace of spades of a deck of CARDS. Certainly, a more important standard should be included. Thats hard-working. Same with other industries, I believe the Bellwether must be the most hard- working man who spare no effort to his job. Key words: Creativity; Hard technology; High target in production; Dynamic; Future in thinking 此次我毕业设计的内容是扬州安大公路暨233省道三垛至江都港区段第二标段（S233-SJL2）的施工设计。
这是一段综合了软土地基处理，旧路线改造，新公路设计，过线构造物（桥、涵洞）设计等综合性的一个大型省道规划，扩大改建工程。
在着手设计之初，深刻了解整个设计过程所需依据的标准，熟悉整个设计所处的地质条件和地理环境无疑是非常重要的。
这是能否做好一个设计的前提条件，必备条件。
然后通过对基础数据的处理，到不断地尝试和校验才能逐步得出一个初步的设计方案。
再综合各种影响因素排选出一个最优化的方案。
