P(AA-AM)/B-PVA半互穿高吸水性树脂的制备与性能研究

摘 要

高吸水性树脂(SAR)是一种三维网状的高分子聚合物,其能够吸收大量外界的水分,吸水量可达到其自身质量的几百倍甚至上千倍,在卫生用品、农林保水和医疗等领域有重要的应用价值。本文主要介绍了高吸水性树脂的结构及其吸水、保水机理;依据其在现实生活中主要的应用分为淀粉系高吸水性树脂,纤维系高吸水性树脂和合成树脂系高吸水性树脂三大类;简介了高吸水性树脂的应用;最后对高吸水性树脂作了具体的实验设计。

Preparation and properties of P(AA-AM)/B-PVA semi-interpenetrating Surperabsorbent Resin

ABSTRACT

Superabsorbent resin is a three-dimensional network polymer which can absorb a large amount of external water, and its water absorption can reach hundreds or even thousands of times its own mass. It has important application value in the fields of sanitary products, water conservation in agriculture and forestry, and medical treatment. This paper mainly introduces the structure of superabsorbent resin and its mechanism of water absorption and retention; according to its main application in real life, it can be divided into three categories: starch based superabsorbent resin, fiber based superabsorbent resin and synthetic resin based superabsorbent resin; it also introduces the application of superabsorbent resin; finally, it makes a specific experimental design of superabsorbent resin.
