超低量喷雾系统的雾化特性分析

摘 要

农业是国家的根本,在国家发展过程中占基础性地位,保证粮食的安全生产是我国的一项基本国策。然而病虫害已经成为我国农作物减产和质量受损的主要原因。药物喷洒是一种良好且有效的防治手段,传统喷雾法需要大量的人力物力财力等资源,人为的使用不当还会对周围环境造成污染。因此,超低量喷雾技术的运用使得在有限资源的基础上能够更好地进行病虫草害的防治。其防治的效果与超低量喷雾的雾化特性、喷雾参数等有着密切关系。现在需要研究超低量喷雾系统的喷雾参数对雾滴整体分布质量和雾化特性的影响。

Analysis of Atomization Characteristics of Ultra- Low -Volume Spray System

ABSTRACT

Agriculture is the foundation of the country and occupies a fundamental position in the development of the country. Ensuring the safe production of grain is a basic national policy of our country. However, pests and diseases have become the main reason for the decrease of crop yield and quality in China. Drug spraying is a good and effective means of prevention and treatment, the traditional spray method requires a lot of resources such as human and material resources, human and improper use of the environment will cause pollution. Therefore, the use of ultra-low volume spray technology makes it possible to better control pests and diseases on the basis of limited resources. The effect of prevention and control and ultra-low volume of the physical and chemical properties of spray, spray parameters are closely related. Now it is necessary to study the influence of the spray parameters of the ultra-low volume spray system on the overall distribution quality and atomization characteristics of the droplet.
