随着生活习惯和环境的改变，以前的自建房变成现在的套房，人们为了生活出行方便，往往会在进门口玄关处放一个衣帽架。位于玄关的衣帽架是为了放置使用过未清洗的或者使用频率最高的衣服、围巾、帽子等物件。它与普通衣柜最大的不同就是取、放都比较方便。

Abstract
With the change of living habits and environment, the houses in which people used to live that built by themselves have become a suite now. People often put a coat rack at the entrance since it is convenient for going out. The coat rack, located in the porch, is designed to place items such as unwashed or most frequently used clothes, scarves, hats and other objects. It is very different from the common wardrobe. It is convenient to put things in and get it out.

1 小户型
就目前而言，很难严格的界定什么是小户型，但在中国，特别是北京、上海等大城市，普遍认为一居室建筑面积小于50-60msup2;，二居室建筑面积小于80msup2;，三居室建筑面积小于100msup2;的套房都被称为“小户型”。[1]
小户型由于面积小，空间安排得相对紧凑。其特点是每个空间面积都比较小，但能满足人们生活的基本需求。还有一种超小户型，其套内的使用面积在15-32msup2;左右，但“麻雀虽小，五脏俱全”，除卧室外，厨房、卫生间皆全。这种房子为了扩大使用面积，有事会拉高房高，做一个隔层。由于户型过小，一般只能放一张床和基本的家具，有的厨房只是点缀而已。业主在家里仅只是休息，从这种意义上说它更象一个家庭旅馆。小户型随着人口的增加越来越受大众的欢迎。
