微生物发酵产透明质酸及其放大工艺的研究
摘 要
卡尔·迈耶实验室在1950年代阐明了透明质酸的化学结构。透明质酸是一种高分子的聚合物。是由单位D-葡萄糖醛酸及N-乙酰葡糖胺组成的高级多糖。具有特殊的保水作用,是目前发现的自然界中保湿性最好的物质,被称为理想的天然保湿因子,广泛的应用于医疗美容行业中。本文主要围绕透明质酸的分子结构、理化性质、实际应用方面进行阐述,尤其是利用兽疫链球菌进行发酵生产透明质酸,通过流程调控、分批补料对发酵过程中菌体浓度、碳源消耗以及代谢产物的研究和检测,分析各类代谢产物对透明质酸产量的影响,找出提高透明质酸产量的添加方法展开了论述。

Fermentation and Its Scaling-up Technology
ABSTRACT
The chemical structure of hyaluronic acid was elucidated in the lab of Karl Meyer in the 1950s. Hyaluronic acid is a kind of polymer. It is a high-grade polysaccharide composed of D-glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine. It has a special function of water conservation, and is the best moisturizing substance in the nature. It is called the ideal natural moisturizing factor, and widely used in the medical beauty industry. This paper mainly focuses on the molecular structure, physical and chemical properties and practical application of hyaluronic acid, especially the production of hyaluronic acid by Streptococcus zooepidemicus. Through the process control, batch feeding on the fermentation process of cell concentration, carbon consumption and metabolites research and detection, analyze the impact of various metabolites on the production of hyaluronic acid, and find out how to improve the permeability The addition method of the yield of the clear acid was discussed.
