中国超龄给水管网的更替与维护
【摘要】中国部分城市在二十世纪九十年代前安装的给水管网，已经超期服役，产生严重的供水安全问题和用水需求问题。为保障用户的用水需求和供水质量，减少老旧供水管网对水资源的损耗和污染，优化城市供水系统并减少供水耗能，需要对老旧的给水管网进行修复，淘汰和更替。文章总结了管网维护更替的原因，管线的维护修复和新材料在更新、建设给水管网中的应用。

Replacement and Maintenance of Overage Water Supply Network in China

Abstract：The water supply systems installed in some Chinese cities before the 1990s had been in service for a long time, causing serious water safety problems and water supply problems. In order to ensure users#39; water supply-demand and water quality, reduce the consumption and pollution of water resources caused by the overage water supply network, optimize the urban water supply system and reduce energy consumption.It is necessary to repair, eliminate and replace the overage water supply network.This paper summarizes the causes of pipe network replacement, the maintenance and replacement of pipelines, and the application of new materials in the renewal and construction of water supply pipe network.

1.前言
水资源作为维持人类生存、生活和经济发展的重要能源之一，一直以来备受人们的关注和重视，特别是我国水资源日渐枯竭、供需矛盾尖锐和水污染严重的情况下，对水资源的节约已经迫在眉睫，其中包括供水系统在运行的过程中的漏损问题和管道中的水质污染问题，针对给水管道的漏损问题和管中水质污染问题采取合理的措施已成了给水事业的工作重心所在，减少漏水量和管道污染即可降低给水成本，节约水资源，对解决我国“用水难”和“水质型缺水”问题有巨大贡献。
