文 献 综 述不同接种物对BTEX降解效果的对比研究综述摘要:随着社会上对水资源的需求量急速递增,石油消耗量日趋增加。

在石油的开采、运输和使用过程中,有大量石油渗漏进入环境,给地下水带来长期持续的危害。

进入地下水的石油烃污染物以苯系物简称(BTEX)为主,这些被污染的土壤和地下水直接危害人类健康。

基于对国内外的相关研究成果的归纳整理,现多采用生物法去除BTEX,本文综述和探讨了不同接种物对BTEX降解效果的对比,用营养物质和微生物菌剂同时投加的模式[2],在含水层中广泛分布的硝酸盐还原和铁还原单菌,测试其对BTEX化合物的去除能力,并与混合菌群对BTEX的降解效果进行对比分析[3]。

根据现在我国具备的技术的分析,在此对比研究实验中将要用到的方法有:离心法、气相色谱分析法等。

本文将研究比较单菌和混菌分别在不同条件下降解BTEX时的效率,为后续降解BTEX的项目提供新方向,为环境污染绿色修复提供新思路。

A review of Comparative study on degradation of BTEX by different inoculantsABSTRACT:With the rapid increase in the demand for water resources, the consumption of oil is increasing. In the process of oil exploitation, transportation and use, a large number of oil leakage into the environment, to bring long-term harm to groundwater. Benzene series for short (BTEX) is the main pollutant of petroleum hydrocarbon entering groundwater. These polluted soil and groundwater directly harm human health. Based on the generalization of relevant research results at home and abroad, is now more biological method is used to remove BTEX, this paper reviews and discusses the different inoculum of BTEX degradation effect of contrast, with nutrients and microbial agents dosing mode at the same time, widely distributed in the aquifer of nitrate reduction and iron reduction single bacterium, testing its removal ability of BTEX compounds, and with the effect on the degradation of BTEX mixture were analyzed. According to the analysis of the current technology in China, the methods to be used in this comparative study experiment are: centrifugal method, gas chromatography and so on. In this paper, the efficiency of degradation of BTEX by single bacteria and mixed bacteria under different conditions will be studied and compared, so as to provide a new direction for the subsequent project of degradation of BTEX and a new idea for the green remediation of environmental pollution.KEYWORDS:BTEX, Reductive ,Pure culture, Mixed culture, Gas chromatography.一、不同接种物对BTEX降解效果的对比1.导言随着社会经济的不断发展,中国人口也不断增长,社会上对水资源的需求量也急速递增。
