基于新中式风格的扬州国际会议接待中心外环境专题——住宿与游园专题
摘要：随着中国综合实力的提升，建设对外展示的符合国际化的接待中心的需求度逐渐上升。文化和生态是扬州的特色和优势，旅游业是扬州的永久性基本产业。扬州围绕建设国际文化旅游名城和科创名城的要求，正在加快发展现代服务业，建设彰显扬州特色的接待中心。国内外关于国宾馆的案例不少，但是对于他的研究不多且不深入。结合国内外现有研究以及案例，总结其研究方向、营建方法以及现有景观特色，对本课题起到参考作用。

Abstract：With the improvement of China#39;s comprehensive strength, the demand for the construction of an international reception center to be displayed to the outside world is gradually increasing. Culture and ecology are the characteristics and advantages of Yangzhou. Tourism is the permanent basic industry of Yangzhou. Yangzhou is speeding up the development of modern service industry and building a reception center with Yangzhou#39;s characteristics around the requirements of building a famous international cultural and tourism city and a famous scientific and technological city. There are many cases of state guesthouses at home and abroad, but the research on him is few and not deep. Based on the existing researches and cases at home and abroad, the research direction, construction methods and existing landscape features are summarized, which will play a reference role in this topic.

一．前言
随着城市的不断发展，全国各地国宾馆的数量逐渐增多。现在国内国宾馆多喜欢新中式的风格造园来展现中国特色，但千篇一律的新中式建筑风格，缺乏对于软装的设计思考，使得他们不像是各地方的特色，而是工厂流水线生产下的产品，缺少因地制宜与创新的设计等问题。其次，文化与生态是扬州一直不变的特色，近两年生态是城市建设的热门话题。扬州提倡以人为本、绿色生态的理念，这也与我国可持续发展的政策相合，将绿色生态的理念运用于国宾馆设计的住宿与游园区域，借此研究人居环境的优化以及生态修复在城市中的运用。
二．正文
国宾馆作为国家接待外宾或重要贵客的地方，应当能体现国家本身的实力与形象，同时他也可以是人们在闲暇时间，休闲观光放松度假的场所，需要有一定地域特色，有一定亲民性。梁思成先生曾说：“一个东方老国的城市，在建筑上，如果完全失掉自己的艺术特性，在文化表现及观瞻方面都是大可痛心的。因这事实明显代表着我们文化衰落，至于消失的现象。”然传统造园成本过高，工期过长，很明显不符合我国可持续发展的策略，所以新中式的造园风格的做法显然是大趋势。
