基于新中式风格的扬州国际会议接待中心外环境设计---会展与接待中心专题
摘要：一个城市想要进一步发展，离不开良好的城市形象。它代表了一个城市的文化内核与精神面貌，是城市综合实力与素质的展现。扬州国际会议接待中心项目作为以政府为主导的、多方参与合作建设的精品项目，肩负着展示城市文化、提升区域价值的重要使命。目前，国内外关于国宾馆外环境设计并没有专项的、详细深入的研究，相关理论资料较为匮乏；而对于新中式风格的研究也多集中于国内，且处于起步阶段。现结合国内现有研究以及案例，总结其研究方向、营建方法以及现有特色，对本课题起到参考作用。

Abstract: if a city wants to develop further, it can#39;t do without a good city image. It represents the cultural core and spiritual outlook of a city, and shows the comprehensive strength and quality of a city. Yangzhou International Conference reception center project, as a high-quality project led by the government and participated in cooperative construction by many parties, shoulders the important mission of displaying urban culture and promoting regional value. At present, there is no special, detailed and in-depth study on the design of the international environment of the state guesthouse at home and abroad, and the relevant theoretical data is relatively scarce; and the research on the new Chinese style is mostly concentrated in China, and is in the initial stage. Now combined with the existing domestic research and cases, it summarizes the research direction, construction methods and existing characteristics, which will play a reference role in this topic.

一．前言
随着城市综合实力的不断提升，精品城市门户的打造逐渐成为一种刚性需求。一个开放、精致、多元化的城市迎宾服务中心是城市文化与综合实力的展现，目前已有不少成功且成熟的同类景观规划项目值得学习和借鉴；而新中式作为一种具有强烈本民族特色的设计风格目前已经被广泛地应用在住宅景观、商业景观、公园绿地以及城市更新等各式项目中。但由于缺乏总结性的方法论以及适宜的评判标准，使得大量囿于浅显模仿，只使用表层元素堆砌而缺乏精神内核的作品大批量地出现。而现有的理论研究成果还不够全面深入，从研究价值上来看，新中式景观存在着巨大的研究空间与潜力。
二．研究综述
迎宾馆是由官方主导建设的，主要用于政务接待的一类酒店。根据规划单位行政等级的不同，又有国家级国宾馆、省市级迎宾馆及各区域及县市级迎宾馆等不同层级。通过对相关文献资料的查阅，可知目前并没有专注于迎宾馆景观这一专类的系统化研究或理论出现。但随着近年来国内景观项目的大量涌现和景观设计水平的提高，依然有不少成功且成熟的迎宾馆景观规划项目值得学习和借鉴，如北京雁栖湖国际会议中心景观设计、江西前湖迎宾馆景观设计、东莞市迎宾馆景观设计等等。
