摘 要

竹展平板是对竹材板材化利用的一种方式,且能对竹材加以高效利用,用竹展平板为单元来制备胶合板,不仅性能优异,在生产中也易操作,在竹产业中有很大的应用前景。本文主要研究最新的无裂纹无刻痕的竹展平板,参照国标的试样制备标准和测试方法,了解不同工艺下的竹展平单板的各项物理性能,并进行对比,得出软化工艺为360s,160℃时,各项物理性能最好,能够在竹材工业中应用和推广。同时,采用控制变量法,以拉伸剪切强度作为胶合性能的衡量标准,研究不同压力和施胶量下,不同尺寸的竹展平板以竹黄-竹黄,竹青-竹黄,竹青-竹青三种组胚方式热压胶合后,胶合强度的变化规律。结果表明:整体上,竹黄-竹黄组坯胶合强度>竹青-竹黄组坯>竹青-竹青组坯,且木破率的情况与胶合强度一致。而竹青-竹青组坯随热压压力的增大胶合强度也越来越大,竹黄-竹黄和竹青-竹黄组坯随热压压力增大胶合强度逐渐减小。而在施胶量增加的条件下,整体上,竹黄-竹黄组坯胶合强度>竹青-竹黄组坯>竹青-竹青组坯,而竹黄-竹黄组坯的胶合强度越来越大,而竹青-竹青组坯先增大后减小,竹青-竹黄组坯胶合强度变化不明显。三种组坯方式,竹黄-竹黄组坯胶合强度最好。

Study on the properties of flattened bamboo board and corresponding adhesion performance

Abstract

Flattened bamboo sheet are a way to use bamboo boards, and can make efficient use of bamboo. Using bamboo slabs as a unit to prepare plywood, not only has excellent performance, it is also easy to operate in production, and it is very important in the bamboo industry. Application prospects. This article mainly studies the latest crack-free and nick-free bamboo flat panels, and refers to the national standard sample preparation standards and test methods to understand the physical properties of bamboo flat panels under different processes, and compare them to get the softening process. When it is 360s and 160℃, the physical properties are the best, and it can be applied and promoted in the bamboo industry. At the same time, using the controlled variable method, the tensile shear strength is used as a measure of the gluing performance, and under different pressures and sizing amounts, bamboo panels of different sizes are bamboo yellow-bamboo yellow, bamboo green-bamboo yellow, and bamboo green. -The change rule of the bonding strength after hot pressing and gluing of the three kinds of bamboo green embryos. The results showed that: on the whole, the bonding strength of bamboo yellow-bamboo-yellow group blanksgt;bamboo-green-bamboo-yellow group blanksgt;bamboo-green-bamboo-green group blanks, and the wood breakage rate is consistent with the bonding strength. The bonding strength of the bamboo green-bamboo green composite blanks increases with the increase of hot pressing pressure, and the bonding strength of the bamboo yellow-bamboo yellow and bamboo green-bamboo yellow composite blanks gradually decreases with the increase of the hot pressing pressure. Under the condition of increasing sizing amount, overall, the bonding strength of the bamboo yellow-bamboo-yellow group blankgt; the bamboo green-bamboo-yellow group blankgt; the bamboo-green-bamboo-green group blank, and the bonding strength of the bamboo-yellow-bamboo yellow group blank It is getting bigger and bigger, while the bamboo green-bamboo green composite billet first increases and then decreases, and the bond strength of the bamboo green-bamboo yellow composite billet does not change significantly. Among the three methods of assembling blanks, bamboo yellow-bamboo yellow blanks have the best bonding strength.
