花生壳液化树脂泡沫炭制备工艺研究

摘 要

近年来,轻质多孔炭的制备越来越引起全世界的关注,其中的典型代表是新型轻质多孔泡沫炭材料。目前,其制备多以煤炭、沥青、聚氨酯、酚醛树脂等石化原料发泡材料为前驱体,这些不可再生资源面临枯竭,因此,利用天然可再生资源代替石化原料制备高附加值炭材料有着广阔的开发前景。本文主要介绍了泡沫炭的制备原料、制备方法以及改性和应用前景,生物质酚醛树脂泡沫材料的研究现状,阐述了本课题的研究目的和意义。

Study on preparation technology of peanut hull liquefied resin foam carbon

Abstract

In recent years, the preparation of lightweight porous carbons has attracted more and more attention all over the world. The typical example is new lightweight porous carbon foams. At present, coal, asphalt, polyurethane, phenolic resin and other petrochemical raw materials are used as precursors for their preparation. These non-renewable resources are facing depletion. Therefore, it has a broad development prospect to use natural renewable resources to replace petrochemical raw materials to prepare high value-added carbon materials. This paper mainly introduces the preparation materials, preparation methods, modification and application prospects of the foamed carbon, and the research status of the biomass phenolic resin foam materials, and expounds the purpose and significance of the research.
