生物质/聚合物复合材料性能研究

木塑复合材料是以热塑性树脂和天然纤维为主要原料,经过加工而得到的一种生物质复合材料。木塑复合材料具有易获得、价格低廉、重复利用率高、性能优良、可循环可再生等优点,它对比传统木材具有青出于蓝而胜于蓝的特点,可以作为传统木材的替代用材,并且还是新生代绿色环保型材料,具有广阔的市场前景和良好的经济效益和社会效益。此次研究是以竹塑复合材料作为研究对象,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)材料作为塑料基体,天然纤维(竹粉)作填料,马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(MAPE)作为偶联剂,然后通过注塑成型制备成竹塑复合材料。实验结果表明:竹粉的加入有助于复合材料力学性能的加强,天然纤维的添加量越高其力学性质越好;温度对复合材料的力学性质有一定影响但并不明显。

Study on the properties of biomass/polymer composites

ABSTRACT

Wood-plastic composite material is a kind of biomass composite material obtained by processing thermoplastic resin (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc.) and natural fibers (wood powder, bamboo powder, fruit shell powder, etc.) as the main raw materials. . Wood-plastic composite materials have the advantages of easy availability, low price, high reuse rate, excellent performance, recyclability, etc. It has the characteristics derived from wood and is superior to wood. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly materials that replace traditional wood. Social and economic benefits are good, and the market prospect is broad. In this study, bamboo-plastic composite materials were used as the research object, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material as the plastic matrix, natural fiber (bamboo powder) as the filler, maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene (MAPE) as the coupling agent, and then The bamboo-plastic composite material is prepared by injection molding. The experimental results show that the addition of bamboo powder helps to strengthen the mechanical properties of the composite. The higher the amount of natural fiber added, the better the mechanical properties; temperature has a certain effect on the mechanical properties of the composite but is not obvious.
