班产200套实木复合门生产技术及设备配置研究
摘要：实木复合门是指以表面贴木皮的密度板或装饰单板为表面材料，以实材拼板为门扇骨架，以人造板为芯材复合制成的木质门。通过对现有生产线生产车间进行研究，深入了解实木复合门生产工艺流程及其配套设备，并制定满足班产200套实木复合门生产技术及设备配置的可行方案

Abstract：Solid wood composite door is a kind of wooden door, which is made of the dense board or decorative veneer with veneer as surface material, solid wood veneer as the framework and artificial board as the core material. By studying on the production workshop of the existing production line, I will have a completely understanding about the production process and supporting equipment of the solid wood composite door .Whatrsquo;s more, making a feasible plan to meet the target of 200 sets of solid wood composite doors per shift.

一、实木复合门简介
实木复合门主要以松木、杉木或进口填充料等粘合加工而成，面层以黏贴高密度板和实木木皮为主，在高温下，热压而成，最后由实木线条封边。实木复合门的组成材料以黏贴为主，因此具有保温隔热、阻燃等特性，只是隔声效果低于实木门。造型一般非常美观，款式多样化，能够适合不同风格的家庭装修。主要的优点是不开裂变形、隔音、环保、耐久性、耐撞击性好、价格低廉、易修复，有很强的实木感和手感。目前在市场上相当被看好的一个品种。
