基于空腔流动理论的油墨转移过程研究

摘 要

凹版印刷作为四大印刷方式之一,主要应用于出版印刷领域、包装印刷领域、建材装饰印刷领域和服装印刷领域等。凹版印刷产品层次丰富、清晰、墨层厚实、色饱和度高、墨色鲜艳、明亮,能真实反映原稿图像的效果。正是由于凹版印刷产品的这一特点,凹版印刷越来越受人们的青睐,特别是在包装装潢印刷领域尤为突出。作为软包装行业的主要印刷方式,凹版印刷要想要获取最大效益的首要诉求,就是要尽可能减少生产过程中的消耗、减少生产成本,提高油墨转移率是其中重要的一步。常发生在凹印的油墨转移过程中的油墨回流现象就是降低油墨转移率的因素之一,这个就涉及到了空腔流动理论。近年来越来越多的人也开始重视空腔流动理论与油墨转移率之间的联系,理论与实务界对此进行了深入地探讨并取得了丰硕的成果。本文在对这些成果进行系统总结的基础上,简要评析了总体研究现状,并指出当前亟待进行深入研究的问题,以期为该领域的进一步研究提供参考。

Study on ink transfer process based on cavity flow theory

ABSTRACT

Gravure printing products have rich layers, clear, thick ink layer, high color saturation, bright and bright ink color, which can truly reflect the effect of the original image.Just because of the characteristics of gravure printing products, gravure printing is becoming more and more popular, especially in the field of packaging and decoration printing.As the main printing method of flexible packaging industry, the primary appeal of gravure printing to obtain the maximum benefit is to reduce the consumption in the production process as much as possible, reduce the production cost, and improve the transfer rate of ink is an important step.Ink reflux phenomenon often occurs in the gravure ink transfer process is one of the factors that reduce the transfer rate of ink, which relates to the cavity flow theory.In recent years, more and more people have begun to pay attention to the relationship between cavity flow theory and ink transfer rate. The theoretical and practical circles have conducted in-depth discussions and achieved fruitful results.Based on the systematic summary of these achievements, this paper briefly reviews the overall research status, and points out the problems that need to be further studied, in order to provide reference for further research in this field.
