新型仿形喷雾机设计

摘要

近年来,我国农林业迅速发展,各种经济作物的种植面积和生产量逐年增长。这些经济作物生长过程中,都需要喷洒农药来防治病虫害,增加产量。果园作物需要全面均匀精确的农药喷雾,防治病虫害的同时,减少农药残留和环境污染。传统果树防治方法多使用手动喷雾机和背负式喷雾机喷洒农药,效率低,污染大。但是,当前仿形喷雾机还存在体积大,笨重、刚度差,以及调节不灵活等问题。采取仿形喷雾技术既可以满足单位面积农药需求量,同时增加农药有效使用率,减少环境污染。由于国内果树田间施药劳动强度大、农药利用率低的问题,目前业界提出较为实用的解决方法是仿形低量喷雾。本文从实现仿形运动的角度出发,准备设计一种新型果树仿形喷雾装置,通过整合不同类型喷雾机的仿形机构的优点,来设计新型的仿形喷雾机的仿形机构。

Design of A New Type of Profiling Sprayer

Abstract

In recent years, the rapid development of agriculture and forestry in China has led to an increase in the acreage and production of various cash crops. During the growth of these cash crops, pesticides need to be sprayed to control pests and diseases and increase production. Orchard crops require a comprehensive and accurate pesticide spray, pest control at the same time, reduce pesticide residues and environmental pollution. Traditional fruit tree prevention and control methods and more use of hand-held sprayers and knapsack sprayers spraying pesticides, low efficiency, large pollution. However, the current copying sprayer still exists bulky, bulky, poor rigidity, and adjust the problem of inflexible. Spraying spray technology to meet both the demand per unit area of pesticides, while increasing the effective use of pesticides and reduce environmental pollution. In this paper, from the perspective of the realization of profiling movement, the design of a new fruit tree profiling spray device, the integration of different types of sprayer profiling advantages of the design of a new profiling sprayer copying mechanism.
