基于Spring Boot的高校固定资产管理系统
摘要：固定资产是高校资产的重要组成部分，固定资产具有价值高，使用周期长、使用地点分散、管理难度大等特点。高校固定资产管理系统，是以高校的管理方式为实例而设计的一种实用型管理系统。系统最大的特点是通用性、简单操作性，适用于同行业以及一些同类型的后勤管理。此系统主要包括高校资产管理、仓库管理、类型管理、用户管理、权限管理以及对各种资产、仓库和资产类型的增、删、改、查等功能。随着学校资产的增多，高校固定资产管理系统的优势也越来越明显，同时也是一种使高校的管理工作更有条理，更方便，更有效率的管理系统软件。《高校固定资产管理系统》可以在实际工作中，极大地提高高校工作效率，增加效益，降低成本，有助于高校真正实现厉行节约的原则。原来耗时耗人耗力的资产盘点工作，现在只要一两个人很短时间内就可以轻松完成；以前大量的重复购置和闲置浪费情况现在及时得到解决。

Abstract: As an important part of university assets, the fixed assets of university management system have the characteristics of high value, long service cycle, scattered use location and difficult management. The fixed assets management system of colleges and universities is a practical management system designed by taking the management mode of colleges and universities as an example. The biggest characteristic of the system is universality, simple operation, suitable for the same industry and some of the same type of logistics management. This system mainly includes university asset management, warehouse management, type management, user management, authority management, as well as the functions of adding, deleting, modifying and checking various assets, warehouses and asset types. With the increase of school assets, the advantages of fixed assets management system in Colleges and universities are more and more obvious. It is also a kind of management system software that makes the management of colleges and universities more orderly, more convenient and more efficient. 'University fixed assets management system' can greatly improve the work efficiency of colleges and universities, increase benefits, reduce costs, and help colleges and universities realize the principle of strict economy. The asset inventory, which used to be time-consuming and labor-consuming, can now be easily completed by only one or two people in a very short time; a large number of repeated purchases and idle waste in the past have been solved in time.

由于我国高等教育事业的发展，高校的办学规模不断扩大，办学规模的扩大导致了高校的固定资产也不断增多，传统的固定资产管理模式已不能适应当前高校固定资产管理的
要求。随着资产管理形式多种多样，构成也越来越复杂，在各种采购项目的投入也越来越多，对资产管理、采购管理等业务要求也越来越高。与此相对应的是，财政部门、教育主管部门对资产与采购监管要求越来越高，要掌握资产的全生命周期信息，对资产采购监管及资产配置、使用、处置等关键环节加强审批管理，并定期要求上报相关报表。
