限售股份解禁的价格效应研究文献综述
摘要
文章主要以限售股份解禁为本体对象，旨在理清限售股解禁前后的股价行情变动脉络，并完善了对限售股、定向增发的研究。在现实中，对定向增发限售股解禁的研究可以使二级市场投资者理解新股解禁前后股价的变动情况，从而帮助其做出合理正确的投资决策；与此同时，为监管层加强对大股东行为的监管，保护中小投资者的利益，完善新股发行的相关政策提供了实证依据。本文汲取了前人的研究成果，并在此基础上对国内二级市场的限售股解禁问题进行深入探究。首先针对限售股的历史过往进行详尽的描述，进而通过多种方式获取解禁后的各种数据，总结出上市公司股份的解禁将对股价产生的影响。最后利用定量和定性研究方法以及事件研究法来帮助分析解禁事件本身的影响，清楚的了解解禁事件的确存在的负面效果。

Abstract
The article focuses on the lifting of restricted stocks as the main object. It aims to clarify the changes in the stock price before and after the lifting of the restricted stocks, and to improve the research on restricted stocks and private placements. In reality, the research on the lifting of the ban on the issuance of restricted shares can help secondary market investors understand the changes in stock prices before and after the ban is lifted to help them make reasonable and correct investment decisions. The supervision of shareholders#39; behavior, protecting the interests of small and medium investors, and improving the relevant policies for the issuance of new shares provide an empirical basis. This article draws on the research results of the predecessors, and based on this, makes an in-depth study of the lifting of the ban on restricted shares in the domestic secondary market. First, the history of restricted stocks is described in detail, and various data after lifting the ban are obtained in various ways, and the effect of lifting the ban on the shares of listed companies will be summarized. Finally, quantitative and qualitative research methods and event research methods are used to help analyze the impact of the lifting of the ban event itself and clearly understand the negative effects of the lifting of the ban event.
