杭州市老年人中医养生保健素养现状及干预策略研究
Research on the status quo of health care literacy and intervention strategy of elderly Chinese medicine practitioners in Hangzhou
摘要：中医养生保健是指在中医理论指导下，通过各种方法达到增强体质、预防疾病、延年益寿目的的保健活动。随着社会经济的不断发展和进步，人民群众的生活水平也不断的提高，生物－心理－社会医学模式下的“健康老龄化”、“积极老龄化”兴起，中医养生保健逐渐进入了社会公众的视野，并受到人们的积极关注。老年人中医养生保健水平亟待提高，开展老年人中医养生保健素养研究迫在眉睫。文章通过对杭州市老年人中医养生保健素养的现状调查，掌握杭州市老年人中医养生保健素养水平，分析影响因素，针对其在中医养生保健中存在的问题及对策进行探讨。

Abstact: TCM health care refers to the health care activities that are aimed at enhancing physical fitness, disease prevention and longevity through various methods under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory. With the constant development and progress of social economy, peoples living standard has also been continuously improved. The emergence of 'healthy aging' and 'active aging' under the bio-psycho-social medical model have gradually entered the social public health care system Vision, and by peoples active attention. The level of Chinese medicine health care for the elderly needs to be improved urgently. It is imminent to carry out the research on Chinese medicine health care literacy for the elderly. The article surveys the status quo of TCM health care literacy for seniors in Hangzhou, grasps the quality of TCM health literacy for seniors in Hangzhou, analyzes the influencing factors and discusses the problems and countermeasures in TCM health care.
