利奈唑胺起始原料有关物质方法开发及验证

摘 要

利奈唑胺是在耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)等疾病的感染率呈明显上升趋势的大环境下诞生的,2000年在美国上市,截至目前经历了四十年的研究与发展,已经开始趋向于成熟,但依旧存有问题亟待解决。本文介绍了发展的背景以及国内外的研究状况,同时介绍了利奈唑胺的一些适用症状以及利奈唑胺的药物动力学原理以及作用机制以及合成路线。本文研究了利奈唑胺起始原料,以及起始原料物质分析方法开发,同时验证该方法,使用高效液相色谱法分析方法分析有关物质并且验证起始原料有关物质的方法学,同时产生了一些问题并且得到解决。

Zyvox amine methodology validation starting materials related substances

ABSTRACT

Zyvox amine is in methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), and other disease of infection rate is obviously rising trend under the environment of birth, on the market in the United States in 2000, after 40 years of research and development so far, already tend to mature, but still exists the problem to be solved. This paper introduces the development background and research status at home and abroad, and introduces some of rina thiazole amine applicable symptoms and rina thiazole amine drug dynamics principle and mechanism and synthetic route. Starting materials, this paper studies the rina thiazole amine method development as well as the starting raw material analysis, validate the method at the same time, the use of related substances by HPLC analysis and verification methodology of starting materials related substances, at the same time some problems and solved.
