间苯二胺碳量子点的制备及表征

摘要

纳米材料因其独特的物理化学和光学特性,已成为材料科学领域的研究热点。其中,碳纳米材料成为绿色纳米技术中最具有研究活力和发展潜力的一类纳米材料。碳纳米材料形态多样且具备优异的导电性、良好的生物相容性、稳定的化学性能和大的比表面积等优势,在纳米电子学、光学、催化化学、生物医学以及传感器等领域中得到广泛应用。而碳量子点作为新型零维材料,因其独有的低毒性、光学稳定性、环境友好型而备受青睐。本论文选用苯二胺为碳源,通过研究碳量子点不同的合成方式,寻找到最适合合成的方法,再通过光学表征方法去验证是否有碳量子点产生,最后对碳量子点的发展前景做了展望。

Preparation and characterization of m-phenylenediamine carbon quantum dots

ABSTRACT

Nanomaterials have become a research hotspot in the field of materials science because of their unique physicochemical and optical properties. Among them, carbon nanomaterials have become one of the most promising nanomaterials in green nanotechnology. Carbon nanomaterials are widely used in the fields of nano-electronics, optics, catalytic chemistry, biomedicine and sensors due to their diverse forms, excellent electrical conductivity, good biocompatibility, stable chemical properties and large specific surface area. As a new zero-dimensional material, carbon quantum dots are favored because of their unique low toxicity, optical stability and environmental friendliness. In this paper, phenylenediamine was selected as carbon source, and the most suitable synthesis method was found by studying different synthesis methods of carbon quantum dots. Then the optical characterization method was used to verify the existence of carbon quantum dots. Finally, the future applications of carbon quantum dots are prospected.
