夹持式机械振动采收装置的结构设计
摘 要
采收作业是林果全程机械化作业中的重要一环,其对促进林果产业健康发展和果农种植效益有着巨大影响。近年来,国内外均对不同林果采收技术开展研究和技术探索,目前我国主要依靠人工收获,劳动强度大,生产效率低,红枣的机械化收获已成为红枣产业发展的必然趋势。本文首先概括了国内红枣种植现状,阐述了其机械化采收的重要性,先后针对采收装置及夹持装置分析了国内外振动采收机械的研究现状,并对四种主要林果采收装置进行了介绍及分析,针对红枣采收例举了国内外最新的研究成果,最后确定了研究方向。

Structure Design of Clamping Mechanical Vibration Harvesting Device
ABSTRACT
Harvesting is an important part of the whole process of mechanization of forest and fruit,it has a great influence on the promotion of the healthy development of the fruit and fruit industry and the benefit of the fruit growers,In recent years,it has been carried out research and technical exploration in different fruit harvest technology at home and abroad,mainly rely on manual harvest,labor intensity, production efficiency is low, harvest mechanization of red jujube has become inevitable trend of the development of jujube industry. This article first summarizes the current status of domestic jujube cultivation and elaborates the importance of its mechanized harvesting,four kinds of main fruit harvesting devices were introduced and analyzed,the jujube harvest cited the latest research results at home and abroad,and analyses the research status of vibration collecting machinery at home and abroad.Finally, the research direction is determined.

课题研究目的和意义
枣树是我国特有的果树,红枣营养丰富,它不同于一般的干鲜果品,有药用、保健、食用等多种功能,是果中的珍品,有“补品王”的美称。并且,在西北干旱地区,枣树能防风固沙,具有极高的生态价值和经济价值。目前,我国红枣种植面积有2900万亩,红枣种植面积和产量均占世界总量的98%及以上[1]。截至2011年,新疆红枣的种植面积已达650万亩[2],新疆已成为我国最重要的红枣产区之一。
