球根花卉紫娇花雌配子体发育的初步观察研究进展
摘 要
采用石蜡切片的方法,对紫娇(Tulbaghia violacea)的大孢子发生和雌配子体发育过程进行初步的观察,了解大孢子和雌配子体的发生机制,有利于改进紫娇的繁殖方法,提高育种技术,更好地适应市场地需求,对石蒜科其他植物的雌配子体发育的研究也有重大意义。然而,到目前为止,有关紫娇花的研究主要集中于快繁、精油成分分析等方面,而对于其雌配子体的发育过程的研究还较为少见。成熟的被子植物胚囊的基本结构包括一个卵细胞、2个助细胞、2个极核(1个中央细胞)、3个反足细胞。本文对国内外对于紫娇和各种植物雌配子体的研究进展做出相关阐述。

Preliminary observation and research progress of female gametophyte development in bulbous flowers Tulbaghia violacea
ABSTRACT
The development of the megasporogenesis and female gametophyte in Tulbaghia violacea was observed by using routine paraffin sections.To understand the mechanism of megasporogenesis and female gametophyte is helpful to improve the reproduction method of Tulbaghia violacea, Improved breeding techniques, Better adapt to market demand, and this studies on the development of female gametophytes in Amaryllidaceae are also of great significance. However, up to now, the studies on Tulbaghia violacea mainly focus on rapid propagation and essential oil composition analysis , while the research on the development of female gametophyte is relatively rare. The basic structure of a mature angiosperm embryo sac consists of an egg cell, two helper cells, two polar nuclei (one central cell), and three antipodal cells. In this paper, the research progress on female gametophyte of Tulbaghia violacea and various plants at home and abroad was reviewed.
