青岛海泊河污水处理厂扩建工程
摘要：随着城市的发展，对已建处理构筑物进行改造升级，并新建污水处理构筑物，使处理后出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)—级B标准。针对污水处理厂一期的建筑工程，对改造和实施的具体内容为：拆除旧的相关构筑物以新建MSBR反应池、二次提升泵房、连续生物滤池、紫外线消毒池和鼓风机房 。

Expansion Project of Qingdao Haibo River Sewage Treatment Plant
Abstract：With the development of the city, the treatment structures have been renovated and upgraded, and new sewage treatment structures have been built, so that the treated effluent meets the 'Pollutant Discharge Standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant' (GB18918-2002) - Class B standard. In view of the first phase of the construction project of the sewage treatment plant, the specific contents of the transformation and implementation are as follows: demolishing the old related structures and building a new MSBR reaction tank, a secondary lifting pump house, a continuous quicksand filter, a ultraviolet disinfection tank and a blower house.

一：工程概况
青岛市海泊河污水处理厂位于海泊河下游入胶州湾U处，海泊河南岸，其主要服务范围包括四方区南部、市北区昌乐河以北地区,服务面积为24km2。工程总设计规模为 16万m3/d,其中一期工程已建处理规模8万m3/d，扩建工程增加8万m3/d的处理能力。规划用地为13.23公顷，并已办理征用手续，其中北侧面积11.43公顷(中水已用地面积为0.56公顷，污水处理可用面积为10.87公顷)，南侧面积1.80公顷。污水经处理达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准后，排入海泊河。
