摘要： 21世纪是水的世纪，水资源短缺，水污染，水环境恶化的加剧对21世纪人类社会持续发展带来深刻的影响。^⑴我国水资源现状为人均水资源占有量仅相当于世界人均水资源占有量的1/4，位列世界第121位，是联合国认定的水资源紧缺国家。^⑵水环境影响了人民居住和生存，而水环境污染是不仅仅对环境的破坏，更是造成水资源缺失，水流区域污染等严重后果。^⑶因此，污水处理厂建造以及处理工艺优化是十分重要的。

The shortage of water resources, water pollution and the aggravation of water environment will have a profound impact on the sustainable development of human society in the 21st century. ⑴The current situation of water resources in China is that the per capita water resources share is only 1 / 4 of the world#39;s per capita water resources share, ranking the 121st in the world, and China is a country in short supply of water resources recognized by the United Nations. ⑵ Water environment affects people#39;s living and survival, and water environment pollution not only damages the environment, but also causes serious consequences such as lack of water resources and regional pollution of water flow. ⑶ Therefore, the construction of sewage treatment plant and the optimization of treatment process are very important.}

1.研究的目的及意义：随着工业农业生产的迅速发展和民众生活水平的不断提高，污水排放的问题已越来越突出。^⑷日前，我国城市大部分生活污水采用直接排放的方式未加任何应有的治理措施，加重了对水资源和水环境的污染。在国家可持续发展的新型政策领导下，水资源保护已受到各级政府和民众的重视，对生活污水进行治理以保护人类赖以生存的环境的重要性越来越大，高效节能的城市污水处理技术和工艺对城市和民众的发展与生存起到非常大的作用。水生态系统体现了人与水的和谐共存与协调发展，是城市生态系统的重要组成部分和关键因素，与一个城市的可持续发展密切相关，所以，城市污水治理已成当前迫切需要解决的问题之一，^⑸结合当地的生活水平，土地资源及材料供应的情况选择一套适用的污水处理工艺。
