无锡市城北污水处理厂提标改造工程设计文献综述
摘要:本次进行的提标改造任务是在现有工程的处理能力上,对部分污水处理构筑物进行替换或者进行改造升级,使得经处理过后所排放水质能满足《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(DB32-1027-2018)。为实现中水回用,增加了深度处理工艺,使得最终污水处理厂的出厂水可以满足于《城市污水再生利用 城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920-2020),以及满足人体非直接接触的观赏性景观环境用水水质标准《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)中准IV类标准。
通过方案比选最终确定此次提标改造工程方案为“进水→粗格栅、提升泵房→细格栅→旋流沉砂池→平流初沉池→A2/O生化反应池→辐流二沉池→中间水池→曝气生物滤池→反硝化滤池→高效沉淀池→V型滤池→消毒池”。经验算校核,该方案满足出水水质要求。

Summary on the design of the bid-raising and reconstruction project in the north of Wuxi city Sewage Treatment
Abstract:The task of this bid-raising renovation is to replace or upgrade some of the sewage treatment structures in terms of the treatment capacity of the existing projects, to enable the treated effluent to meet the Tai Lake regional emission standards for Sewage Treatment pollutants (DB32-1027-2018) . In order to realize the reuse of reclaimed water, the advanced treatment process has been added, so that the final Sewage Treatment water can be satisfied with 'municipal wastewater reuse, municipal miscellaneous water quality' (GB/T18920-2020) , and the standard of Class IV in the standard of surface water environmental quality standard (GB3838-2002) , which meets the water quality standard of ornamental landscape environmental water for non-direct human contact.
Through the comparison and selection of schemes, it is finally determined that the project proposal is 'water inlet → coarse grid, lift pump room → fine grid → cyclone grit chamber → advection primary sedimentation tank →A2/O biochemical reaction tank → radial flow secondary sedimentation tank → intermediate water tank → biological aerated filter → denitrifying filter → high efficiency sedimentation tank → v-type filter → disinfection tank' . The scheme can meet the requirements of effluent water quality.
