玉米浆干粉-糖基胶黏剂的配制及其人造板制备工艺研究综述

摘 要:环保型胶黏剂的研究可以解决目前家具市场上由于胶黏剂产生的甲醛所引发的污染问题,对于人造板的制备以及家具设计都有着重要的意义。目前市面上人造板所使用的胶黏剂,大都为酚醛胶、脲醛胶、三聚氰胺-甲醛胶“三醛”胶,对环境有一定的污染,也会损害人体健康,所以本研究将以玉米浆干粉、蔗糖、柠檬酸、磷酸二氢铵作为主要原料,通过研究原料种类、胶液浓度和配比对胶合性能的影响,明确该胶黏剂的最佳配制工艺;通过解析胶黏剂的热固化行为,明确该胶黏剂的最佳固化条件;通过研究该胶黏剂在不同热压温度、热压时间和涂胶量条件下制备的胶合板的性能,得到该胶黏剂在胶合板应用时的最佳工艺条件。最终研制出符合可持续发展的生物基绿色胶黏剂。

Review on preparation of corn pulp dry powder-sugar based adhesives and processing of wood-based panels

Abstract:The study of environment-friendly adhesives can solve the pollution problem caused by formaldehyde produced by adhesives in the furniture market at present, which is of great significance for the preparation of wood-based panels and furniture design.Man-made board on market at present, the use of adhesives are mostly for phenolic glue, urea formaldehyde glue, melamine - formaldehyde glue 'three aldehyde' glue, have certain pollution to the environment, also can damage human body health, so this study will take the corn starch powder, sugar, citric acid, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as the main raw material, by studying the kind of raw material, adhesive solution concentration and the ratio of effect on the properties of bonding, clearly the best preparation technology of the adhesives;By analyzing the thermal curing behavior of the adhesive, the optimal curing condition of the adhesive was determined.By studying the properties of the plywood prepared by the adhesive under different hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time and adhesive quantity, the optimum process conditions for the application of the adhesive in plywood were obtained.Finally, the bio-based green adhesive was developed in line with sustainable development.

随着社会的发展,人们的生活水平逐渐提高,对于环保的要求也在逐渐提高,环保型胶黏剂应运而生,近几年国内外研究者对生物质胶黏剂的研究在一定方面取得了一些进展,但因价格高和可生产性差等原因,并不能完全取代酚醛胶、脲醛胶、三聚氰胺-甲醛胶,因此,开发具有较高可生产性的生物质胶黏剂始终是行业焦点问题。
