脱酚棉籽蛋白-蔗糖-磷酸二氢铵胶粘剂的合成及其胶合板制备工艺研究

摘 要:目前市面上木材胶粘剂主要是从石油中制备,不仅原料有限,更重要的是会释放对人体有害的甲醛,随着人们对环境和自身健康的关注,需要制备新型环保胶粘剂。棉籽蛋白胶粘剂本身作为一种植物蛋白基胶粘剂就具有环保、可再生等优点,其耐水性和胶合强度均有所提升.棉籽中含有大量的蛋白质,是重要的蛋白质资源,但棉籽中还含有棉酚及其衍生物,对人和动物有害,限制了其在食品领域的应用,将其应用于工业则很好的解决了这一问题。【1】本实验研究进一步确定其最佳的制备条件,进而得到环保、性能好、价格便宜的新型胶粘剂,不仅能够满足大众消费市场的需求,同时符合环保的发展理念,具有广泛的市场前景。

Study on the synthesis of dephenolic cottonseed protein-sucrose-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate adhesive and its plywood preparation technology

Abstract:At present, wood adhesives on the market are mainly prepared from petroleum. Not only are the raw materials limited, but more importantly, they release formaldehyde which is harmful to the human body. As people pay attention to the environment and their own health, it is necessary to prepare new environmentally friendly adhesives. Cottonseed protein adhesive itself, as a vegetable protein-based adhesive, has the advantages of environmental protection and renewable, and its water resistance and bonding strength have been improved. Cottonseed contains a lot of protein, which is an important protein resource, but cottonseed also contains cotton Phenol and its derivatives are harmful to humans and animals, limiting its application in the food field, and its application in industry has solved this problem. This experimental study further determines its optimal preparation conditions, and then obtains a new type of adhesive with environmental protection, good performance and low price, which can not only meet the needs of the mass consumer market, but also conform to the development concept of environmental protection, and has a broad market prospect.

传统的木材胶粘剂是从石油中制备,随着社会的不断发展,对石油资源的需求日益增多,但与此同时石油资源却在不断的减少,想要实现可持续发展就需要寻找新的可替代原料。【2】同时随着人们生活水平的提高以及对自身健康的关注,传统胶粘剂中甲醛释放的问题被人们广泛的关注,制备新型环保胶粘剂已经成为近些年的热门研究话题。
