磁性微胶囊制备及在木器表面涂层应用研究

摘要:日常生活中的电磁波污染对人们健康的影响日益增加,为了改善人们的居住环境,将木材改性使其具备一定的磁性成为一种行之有效的办法。本文将探讨以脲醛树脂为壁材四氧化三铁为芯材制备磁性微胶囊,并用磁性微胶囊对脲醛树脂涂料进行改性。本次试验通过对比分析和性能表征,得出适用于微胶囊芯材中磁性材料与溶液的比率,并采用五因素四水平正交试验,探讨W芯∶W壁、乳化剂浓度、搅拌速率、陈放时间和W乳化剂溶液∶W芯对制备微胶囊的产量、包覆率、修复率和形貌特征的影响规律,确定微胶囊合成的理想工艺水平。

Preparation of magnetic microcapsule and its application in wood surface coating

Abstract:The influence of electromagnetic wave pollution in daily life on people#39;s health is increasing day by day. In order to improve people#39;s living environment, it is an effective way to modify wood to make it have certain magnetism. In this paper, the preparation of magnetic microcapsule with urea formaldehyde resin as wall material and Fe3O4 as core material was discussed, and the coating of urea formaldehyde resin was modified with magnetic microcapsule. Through comparative analysis and performance characterization, the ratio of magnetic material and solution suitable for microcapsule core material was obtained. The orthogonal test of five factors and four levels was used to explore the influence of W core: W wall, emulsifier concentration, stirring rate, aging time and W emulsifier solution: W core on the production, coating rate, repair rate and morphology of microcapsule It is an ideal technological level.
