摘 要
床垫属现代常用的生活必备品，在睡眠时它们均匀承托身体每部分，它对人们的睡眠质量、休息效率、身体健康等有着重要影响。目前国内研究人员已经初步意识到探究性别和体型对床垫设计有着重要意义，但还是缺乏具体的研究数据。本文将从人体测量、脊柱形态实验等方面入手，探究性别、体型与成年人床垫设计之间的具体联系，为设计出更出色的成年人床垫而努力。

Research on Adult Mattress Design Based on Gender and Body Shape
ABSTRACT
□□ Mattress is a common necessities of modern life. They even support every part of the body during sleep. It has an important impact on people#39;s sleep quality, rest efficiency, physical health and so on. At present, domestic researchers have initially realized that exploring gender and body shape is of great significance to mattress design, but there is still a lack of specific research data. Starting from anthropometry and spine morphology experiment, this paper will explore the specific relationship between gender, body shape and adult mattress design, and strive to design a better adult mattress.
