浙江绿葱湖植物群落化学计量特征研究

摘要:生态化学计量学综合生物学、化学和物理学的基本原理, 利用生态过程中多重化学元素的平衡关系, 为研究多种元素在生态系统过程中的耦合关系提供了一种综合方法。生物在长期进化过程中, 形成了一定的内稳态机制, 即生物在变化的环境中具有保持其自身化学组成相对恒定的能力, 它是生态化学计量学存在的前提。自然界所有植物的构成元素均超过16种, 其中碳(C)、氮(N)、 磷(P)为主要元素, 它们是地球上所有生命化学组成的基础。C、N、P化学计量比可以反映出植物的营养利用效率及森林生态系统的相对养分限制, 对植物生长、凋落物分解及生物地球化学循环等有重要意义。生态化学计量学主要研究生态过程中化学元素的比例关系, 跨越了从个体到生态系统多个层次[1] 。绿葱湖省级湿地公园,位于浙江省龙游县庙下乡境内,曾是火山活动地带,沧海桑田形成了特有的火山湿地,在我国湿地资源中非常独特,为罕见的沼泽化草甸型天然湿地,通过对绿葱湖植物群落化学计量特征进行研究并且调查绿葱湖湿地不同群落的多样性具有许多现实价值,一方面可以了解湿地不同群落的结构特征、分布格局、生物量差异、环境差异等信息;另一方面生物多样性与养分循环、全球气候变化等有着千丝万缕的联系。

Abstract: Ecochemical metrology integrates the basic principles of biology, chemistry and physics, and uses the equilibrium relationship of multiple chemical elements in ecological processes to provide a comprehensive method for studying the coupling relationship of multiple elements in ecosystem processes.

In the long term evolution of organisms, a certain endostasis mechanism has been formed, that is, organisms have the ability to maintain their own chemical composition relative constant in a changing environment, which is a prerequisite for the existence of ecochemical metrology. There are more than 16 constituent elements of all plants in nature, of which carbon (C), nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) are the main elements, which are the basis of all biochemical compositions on Earth. The chemometric ratio of C, N and P can reflect the nutritional efficiency of plants and the relative nutrient constraints of forest ecosystems, and are of great significance for plant growth, apoptosis decomposition and biogeochemical cycle. Ecochemical metrology mainly studies the proportional relationship of chemical elements in the ecological process, spanning multiple levels from individual to ecosystem[ 1]. Green Onion Lake Provincial Wetland Park, located in Miaoxia Township, Longyou County, Zhejiang Province, used to be a volcanic activity area. The vicissitudes of the sea has formed a unique volcanic wetland. It is very unique in Chinaamp;apos;s wetland resources and is a rare swamp meadow-shaped natural wetland. Through the study of the chemical measurement characteristics of green onion lake plant communities and On the one hand, it is of great value to investigate the diversity of different communities in green onion lakes. On the one hand, we can understand the structural characteristics, distribution pattern, biomass differences, environmental differences and other information of different communities in wetlands; on the other hand, biodiversity is inextricably linked to nutrient cycle and global climate change.
