速生树种枫香果实及其液化产物的研究与分析文献综述

枫香成分分析与生物质多元醇液化研究进展

摘要:枫香(Liquidambar formosana Hance)是我国重要的经济速生树种,资源丰富。枫香果实富含活性化学成分,其作为传统中药在医学领域已取得一定的研究进展,但仍存在应用范围局限性大、资源废弃严重等问题。常压催化液化技术是实现生物质资源高效综合利用的一种有效方式。其中多元醇液化可将生物质原料转化为富含羟基的多元醇替代产物,可与异氰酸酯制备得到生物基聚氨酯材料,极大提高生物质的利用价值。本文针对枫香果实木质原料,综述了国内外对其化学成分及药理作用的研究内容,并从生物质多元醇液化的液化机理、液化方法、表征手段等方面阐述了生物质制备聚氨酯泡沫材料的研究进展,为探索枫香果实作为可再生生物质资源在聚氨酯材料上的利用提供一定理论依据。

ABSTRACT

Liquidambar formosana Hance is an important economic fast-growing tree species with abundant resources in China. The fruit of Liquidambar formosana Hance is rich in active chemical components. As a traditional Chinese medicine, it has made some research progress in the field of medicine. However, there are still some problems, such as the limitation of application, serious waste of resources and so on. Atmospheric pressure catalytic liquefaction technology is an effective way to achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of biomass resources. Among them, polyol liquefaction can convert biomass raw materials into hydroxyl rich polyol substitute products, and can be used to prepare bio based polyurethane materials with isocyanate, which greatly improves the utilization value of biomass. In this paper, the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Liquidambar formosana were summarized. The research progress in the preparation of polyurethane foam from biomass based on liquefaction mechanism, liquefaction methods and characterization methods of biomass polyols liquefaction is also discussed. It provides a theoretical basis for exploring the utilization of Liquidambar formosana as a renewable biomass resource in polyurethane materials.
