基于纤维素模板化木质素基柔性电子材料制备及其储能性能的研究进展

摘要

近年来,柔性器件因其具有柔性、轻薄等特性,在生物医学、能量存储与转换器件、可穿戴设备、医用传感器、便携设备等领域广泛研宄。柔性器件大多采用柔性电子技术,在弹性基底上,把刚性的微电子器件通过柔性的导线连接起来。刚性的微电子器件大大限制了器件的可变形性,且工艺比较复杂,难以适用于大规模、大面积的组装。超级电容器是指介于传统电容器和充电电池之间的一种新型储能装置,它既具有电容器快速充放电的特性,同时又具有电池的储能特性。

Research progress in preparation and energy storage properties of lignin based flexible electronic materials based on cellulose template

Abstract

In recent years,flexible devices have been widely studied in biomedical, energy storage and converter devices, wearable devices, medical sensors, portable devices and other fields due to their flexibility, lightness and so on. Most of the flexible devices use flexible electronic technology. On the elastic substrate, the rigid microelectronic devices are connected by flexible wires. Rigid microelectronic devices greatly limit the deformability of the device, and the process is complex, so it is difficult to apply to large-scale and large-area assembly. Super capacitor is a new type of energy storage device between traditional capacitor and rechargeable battery. It not only has the characteristics of rapid charging and discharging of capacitor, but also has the characteristics of energy storage of battery.
