镶嵌与拼花技术文献综述
摘要：通常意义上的家具装饰设计花纹，尤其是对于实木家具装饰设计，使用的都是实木皮原有的纹理。随着消费者日益突出的个性需求的发展，家具装饰设计业也在追求创新。拼花家具装饰设计随之掀起了风潮，可被运用于各种装饰空间，但限于技术和工艺方面的原因，长期以来没有成为主流产品。本课题着重研究将数控加工、激光切割等先进制造技术应用到传统的镶嵌与拼花装饰工艺中，对木制品表面镶嵌与拼花装饰的现状进行总结分析，进行镶嵌与拼花单元的激光切割和木制品表面凹槽的数控加工试验，再结合CAD/CAM仿真加工去设计图案模拟加工，运用激光雕刻拼接使图案嵌入木制品中。

1前言
中国木家具的表面装饰技术历史长远，镶嵌工艺即是将不同的材料嵌入木制品上组成各种图案从而起到装饰作用，镶嵌艺术材料的装饰性随着时代在不断的更替，拥有着浓厚的时代风格与特色，在题材和内容上可以充分的体现出艺术美。当前研究装饰拼花主要是对于手工工艺方面，而对于其自动化、机械化的研究很少。为了更好的传承和发扬镶嵌的工艺，我们可以采用激光雕刻和拼接的方法更加高效地进行木材切割组合，利用数控技术使加工材料达到被雕刻表面非常的平整光滑，比起传统的手工雕刻精度更高、刻画的图案更加细致，并且采用激光光源实现结构最优化和装备的最佳性能。当今发展应该越来越重视编程及计算机化，用机器代替传统人力去广泛地应用，从而促进生产力的发展。
