现代穿斗式木结构住宅建筑设计
摘要：穿斗式木结构建筑是中国主要传统建筑形式之一，历史悠久，利用广泛。现代中国建筑发展已趋向“外国化”，国内新兴建筑中的中国元素越来越少。在时代背景下，发展现代木结构建筑已成大势所趋，中国存在一些在传统穿斗式结构基础之上建成的新中式木结构建筑，极富中国风格。本文介绍了当今世界木结构建筑的发展状况，穿斗式的研究概况，并且提出了设计的目的意义以及特色与创新。旨在设计出具有中国特色的现代穿斗式木结构建筑，以达到既可突破传统、标新立异又可做到易实施的目的。

Architectural Design of Modern Column-and-Tie
Timber Building
Abstract: As one of the main traditional architectural forms in China, Column-and-Tie style timber structure building has a long history and is widely used. The development of modern Chinese architecture has been tending to 'foreignization', and the Chinese elements in the new domestic architecture are less and less. Under the background of The Times, the development of modern timber-structure architecture has become the general trend. In China, there are some new Chinese timber-structure buildings built on the basis of the traditional Column-and-Tie style timber structure building, which are extremely Chinese style. This paper introduces the development of the world#39;s timber structure architecture, the research situation of the Column-and-Tie style timber structure building, and puts forward the purpose, significance, characteristics and innovation of the design. The purpose is to design a modern Column-and-Tie style wooden structure building with Chinese characteristics, so as to achieve the goal of breaking through the tradition, being unconventional and easy to implement.

1.1 时代政策
现代中国建设包含经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设，“五位一体”全方面协调可持续发展。近些年，随着2020年中国全面建成小康社会目标的达成，国家越来越重视我国的生态文明建设。在第21届联合国气候变化大会上，习近平总书记指出，中国将把生态文明建设作为“十三五”规划的重要组成部分。发展绿色建筑和低碳交通，形成人与自然和谐发展的新格局。
