基于OpenSees的竹木复合梁抗弯性能数值模拟研究

摘 要:本文介绍了基于OpenSees的竹木复合梁抗弯性能数值模拟研究的目的及意义、整理了国内外胶合木梁、胶合竹梁以及胶合竹木复合梁的研究现状,设计了数值模拟研究的实验内容及计划,分析了该研究的特色与创新。在木结构建筑中,胶合木梁会产生最外侧脆性受拉破坏等问题,因此选用强度高、变形能力优良的工程竹材(竹集成材、重组竹等)作为胶合木梁最外层层板提升梁的受弯、受压性能。实验将通过OpenSees软件进行竹木复合梁抗弯性能的数值模拟,并与实际实验结果进行对比,以验证数值模拟在竹木复合梁抗弯性能研究中的可行性。

Numerical simulation research on flexural behavior of laminated-bamboo-wood composite beams based on OpenSees

Abstract: This paper introduces the purpose and significance of numerical simulation research on the flexural behavior of laminated-bamboo-wood composite beams based on OpenSees, summarizes the research status of laminated wood beams, laminated bamboo beams and laminated-bamboo-wood beams in China and abroad, designs the experiment method of numerical simulation research, and analyzes the characteristics and innovations of this research. In wooden structures, glulam beam always produces brittle tensile failure on the outermost side, so engineering bamboo (bamboo composite, recombination bamboo, etc.) with high strength and good deformation ability is selected as the outermost layer of glulam beam to improve the bending and compression performance of laminated wood beams. In this paper, the numerical simulation of the flexural performance of laminated-bamboo-wood beams will be carried out through OpenSees software and compared with the actual experimental results to verify the feasibility of numerical simulation in the study of the flexural performance of laminated-bamboo-wood beams.

1 前言

1.1 工程竹材的发展

竹材作为一种绿色环保的建筑材料,在我国建筑应用中有着悠久的历史。但是原竹材料壁薄中空、直径较小、尖削度大、结构不均匀,所以其几何尺寸和力学性能具有很大的变异性等问题[1]。变异性过大的材料无法获得准确的力学性能值,具有极大的不确定性;而且由于自身中空形状的独特性,限制了其使用范围,不适宜作为现代建筑结构用材。因此,工程竹材(竹集成材、重组竹等等)通过改善原竹材料的性能,解决了上述竹材作为建筑用材的问题[2]
