三层实木复合地板生产概述
摘要：三层实木复合地板，以实木拼板或单板为面板，以实木拼板为芯层，以单板为底层的三层结构实木复合地板。 实木复合地板是从实木地板家族中衍生出来的地板种类，以其天然木质感、容易安装维护、防腐防潮、抗菌。三层实木复合地板是由三层实木单板交错层压而成，其表层为优质阔叶材规格板条镶拼板或整幅木板，材种多用柞木、山毛榉、桦木、水曲柳等；芯层由普通软杂规格木板条组成，材种多用松木、杨木等；底层为旋切单板，材种多用杨木、桦木、松木，三层结构用胶层压而成，非常适用于家庭装修。近两三年来，三层实木复合地板异军突起，其生产工艺及质量控制技术的研究和设备的改进对未来市场发展具有十分重要的意义。
