C型木质薄壁结构材冷压热固化试验研究综述

摘要:C型木质薄壁结构材属于一种薄壁杆件,本文以中山杉为原料制备C型木质薄壁结构材并作为研究对象,借鉴冷弯薄壁型钢的截面形式及尺寸定义,对C型木质薄壁结构材进行截面设计,并对其进行冷压热固化试验研究 。本文综述了薄壁杆件的国内外的研究概况,对冷压热固化试验研究的具体内容进行了阐述。本课题旨在制备一种新型超轻高强木质结构材,拓宽中山杉的应用领域,提升其产品附加值。

The Construction of Studying on Cold Pressing and Heat Curing of C-type Wood Thin-walled Structural Composite Lumber

Abstract: C-type wood thin-walled structural composite lumber is a kind of thin-walled beam. The article uses Taxodium distichumtimes;T.mucronaturm as the raw material preparing C-type wood thin-walled structural composite lumber as the research object, and uses the cross section form and size definition of cold-formed thin-wall steel to design the cross section of C-type wood thin-walled structural composite lumber. Then conduct a experiment on cold pressing and heat curing. The article reviews the current study situation of thin-walled beam and the content of those similar researches at home and board. The project is aimed at preparing a new type of light and high-strength wood structural lumber, in order to widen the application area and product added value of Taxodium distichumtimes;T.mucronaturm.

C型木质薄壁结构材的提出符合建筑中结构和节能方面的要求,其冷压热固化试验研究可以对其胶合性能和尺寸稳定性做出有效评价。有效提高木材资源的利用率,降低造价,节约能源。积极推动新型非承重节能木质框架结构墙体在建筑工程中的应用,符合我国林业和建筑业领域的发展。C型木质薄壁结构材可以设计用于满足梁、柱等主要承重构件,以及屋面檩条和屋面板等次要构件和围护结构,具有轻质高强、抗震性能好等优点。本课题为中山杉木材的开发利用提供指导,为中山杉木材制品在建筑上运用提供依据。
