碎料板定量拌胶装置的结构设计与仿真

摘要:刨花板又叫碎料板, 又称其为微粒板。是由木材或其他木质纤维素材料制成的碎料, 施加胶粘剂后在热力和压力作用下胶合成的一种人造板。碎料板作为现代木材工业的主要产品,凭借其原料和成本优势在人造板市场上占有重要的地位。但是,目前国内市场的碎料板普遍存在质量差,甲酸释放量高的问题,与发达国家相比,国内创花板生产系统施胶拌胶技术落后,致使碎料拌胶中施胶量增大,碎料板力学强度差,生产成本提高,这也成为了制约碎料板行业的持续环保发展重要因素。本文通过查阅碎料板相关的施胶拌胶等资料,进行综述分析,进而结合相关的理论知识进行碎料板定量拌胶装置的结构设计与仿真设计,以更好的降低碎料板的制造成本,提高板材质量。

ABSTRACT: Particleboard is also called particle board. Wood-based panel is a kind of wood-based panel made of wood or other lignocellulose materials, which is glued under the action of heat and pressure after the application of adhesives. As the main product of modern wood industry, particleboard plays an important role in wood-based panel Market by virtue of its raw materials and cost advantages. However, at present, the problems of poor quality and high formic acid release are common in the domestic market. Compared with the developed countries, the technology of sizing and mixing in the domestic production system of scrap board is backward, which leads to the increase of sizing amount in the scrap mixing, the poor mechanical strength of scrap board and the increase of production cost. This has also become an important factor restricting the sustainable environmental protection development of the scrap board industry. In order to reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the quality of the board, the structure design and simulation design of the quantitative mixing device of the board are carried out by consulting the relevant materials of the board, such as sizing and mixing, and then combining the relevant theoretical knowledge.
