树脂浸渍—热处理联合改性木材的研究进展

摘 要

树脂浸渍—热处理联合改性是使被处理材兼具尺寸稳定性与物理力学强度的重要工艺,对于提升人工速生林木材性能和提高其附加值有重要意义。本文综述了目前国内外所采用的较为普遍的浸渍处理方法,包括浸渍树脂的类型和浸渍的工艺选择等;以及热处理方法,包括温度梯度和时间梯度等。重点阐述了树脂浸渍和热处理工艺联合使用时所选用的参数和工艺对木材尺寸稳定性与物理力学性能的影响,并从中选择适用于不同情形的最优组合。展望了树脂浸渍—热处理联合改性的发展趋势,旨在为木材的树脂浸渍—热处理联合改性研究提供参考。

Research process on resin impregnation - heat treatment combined modification of wood

ABSTRACT

Resin impregnation-heat treatment combined modification is a significant process which gives the processed wood both dimensional stability and physical mechanical strength, it has vital significance in improving the properties and added value of mimosa. The paper summarized popular ways of resin impregnation, including the types , the process of resin impregnation and so on, as well as the popular ways of heat treatment, including the temperature gradient, the time gradient and so on. The paper focuses on the impact ,which the variation of the parameter and process of the resin impregnation-heat treatment combined modification, having on the dimensional stability and physical mechanical strength, and select the the optimal combination applying to different situation. And the development trend of resin impregnation-heat treatment combined modification research was prospected with the aim at providing reference to future study for resin impregnation-heat treatment combined modification of wood.
